　　①日語第一句的后半部分「平成の出開帳を拝んできた」沒有譯出，譯者將前半部分與第二句合并在一起。

　　②日語第二句「…… 阿修羅展だ」是表語結構，但譯者改為主語-謂語結構，也就是「I went to Ueno ……」。在日譯英時，經常將判斷助動詞（だ、である）結尾的表語結構，改為主語-謂語結構。

　　③日語第三句也被改寫。這句話的主要意思是「寺寶の數々が並ぶ」，次要意思是「６月７日まで」，但英語譯文正好將兩者顛倒，「runs through June 7」變成主要意思，「features other treasures of the temple」變成次要意思。？

　　④日語第四句被拆分成兩句英語。如果不拆分，譯文是：
